Planning a birthday sounds easy until you are juggling a caterer, a bar order, a floor plan and a guest list at once. ERIA plans the event alongside the venue, so those pieces are decided together rather than chased separately.

Food and bar
We build the menu with you, whether that is a seated dinner, a spread of small plates or passed bites. Catering and beverage service are flexible and can follow your guest list.
The bar is a full one, so we plan a drinks list that fits the occasion: signature cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic choices.
Layout and AV
Early on we decide how the room should work. Long banquet tables for dinner, open floor for mingling, lounge corners for conversation, or a mix of all three.
ERIA Marina has built-in AV and high-speed Wi-Fi, so slideshows, speeches and music are covered. Breakout zones and lounge spaces give you room to separate activities.
Timeline and day-of
A good party has a sequence people feel without noticing. We plan arrival, food, toasts, cake and the move into the late evening, then coordinate vendors on the day.
You get a single point of contact instead of a stack of vendor emails, and you get to be a guest at your own event.
