Dispute Resolution

In the event that informal resolution is not successful, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States.
Entire Agreement
The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ERIA Events regarding your use of the Service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and ERIA Events.
