Why This Matters
The energy of a room is its own kind of design.
A room can be perfectly dressed and still feel flat. What carries an evening is sound — the right musician at the right moment, a transition from ambient to dancing that guests feel rather than notice, a performer who reads the room and responds to it.
At ERIA, entertainment is not sourced from a roster. We build a program around the client: the tone they want at arrival, the shift they want at dinner, the moment that brings people to their feet. Every act, set, and cue is considered in sequence.
We handle talent contracting, technical production, sound and staging, lighting cues, and the coordination that keeps the performance side invisible to guests. The show runs on time. The energy lands when it should.

“I think about entertainment the way I think about a menu — every element should feel chosen, not added.”
Nikita Khandheria, Founder & CEO
What's Included
Built around the experience
Talent Curation
Musicians and bands, DJs, performers, speakers, hosts, and surprise acts are sourced around the client's aesthetic rather than pulled from a standing list. The brief comes first; the search follows.
Evening Programming
Arrival, cocktail hour, seated dinner, peak energy, wind-down — each phase has its own tempo. We design the transitions so the room shifts without anyone feeling managed.
Technical Production
Sound, staging, lighting cues, AV coordination, and vendor load-in are handled so guests experience the performance, not the infrastructure. Production meetings happen well before the day.
