At ERIA, food is never an afterthought. It is a central element of the experience, designed with the same strategic rigor and creative ambition that we bring to every aspect of our events. We call this approach culinary experience design, and it begins with a simple question: what do we want guests to feel?
Our culinary team works closely with our event strategists from the very beginning of the planning process. Together, they consider the narrative of the event, the profile of the guests, the season, and the setting. The result is a menu that does not just satisfy hunger -- it tells a story, evokes a place, and creates moments of genuine surprise and delight.
We source ingredients with intention, working with local farms, fishermen, and artisan producers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability. Every dish is crafted to reflect the terroir of Northern California while honoring the global influences that make our cuisine unique. From handmade pasta to wood-fired seafood, our food is rooted in tradition but never bound by it.
The presentation is equally important. We collaborate with ceramicists, florists, and lighting designers to ensure that every plate, every table, and every setting contributes to the overall sensory experience. Dining at an ERIA event is not just eating -- it is a multisensory journey that engages sight, smell, taste, and touch in equal measure.
