ERIA Marina: an indoor room with outdoor capacity
ERIA Marina, at 2300 Chestnut Street, is counted two ways. Indoors it holds 400 standing or 150 seated. Count the outdoor area as well and those figures rise to 500 standing or 200 seated, which tells you there is outdoor space to plan around.
For specifics about the outdoor area itself, such as how it is laid out or what covers it, ask our team when you request a tour. We would rather show you than guess.
ERIA Sausalito Ground Floor: a waterfront deck
The Ground Floor at 558 Bridgeway pairs a historic interior with a waterfront deck of more than two thousand square feet, plus a separate covered seating area on the same side of the building. A fully equipped bar sits within reach, and the entrance is step-free.
A deck beside open water is a wonderful backdrop and also something to plan around when little ones are mobile. Tell us your guests' ages and we will talk through how to set the space up. Specific childproofing questions are best answered by our team.
ERIA Sausalito upstairs: indoor-outdoor flow
The second-floor space at 562 Bridgeway is described as indoor-outdoor, with panoramic bay views and a full commercial kitchen. It holds up to 350 guests.
If you like the idea of guests moving between a room and the view, this is the layout to ask about first.
Planning around the weather
Bay Area weather changes by the hour, especially on the water. We do not promise a forecast. We do plan the party so the indoor room carries the day by itself and the outdoor space is a bonus, not a requirement.
