Why This Matters
A retreat is not a meeting with better catering.
The most effective retreats create space — for ideas that do not fit in a conference call, for conversations that need a walk along the water, for the kind of clarity that only comes when a team is fully present and the city feels far behind.
At ERIA, we design retreats as a single connected arc: arrival, agenda, meals, evenings, and departure. Each part of the schedule has intention. Logistics — lodging, transfers, catering, activities — are handled before anyone arrives so the group can give its attention to the work.
Whether the gathering is six executives planning a company's next chapter or thirty friends gathering for a long weekend, the retreat should feel like it was written for exactly that group.

“The retreats I'm most proud of are the ones where the agenda disappeared by day two — not because we didn't plan it, but because something better emerged.”
Nikita Khandheria, Founder & CEO
What's Included
Built around the experience
Agenda & Experience Design
We work with group leaders to shape a program that balances structured sessions with open time. Workshops, facilitated conversations, physical activities, and evening programming are woven together rather than listed on a schedule.
Lodging & Transfers
Guest accommodations, airport transfers, ferry arrivals, and ground transportation are arranged as part of the retreat. Guests receive a clean itinerary and a single contact. Everything else is handled before they arrive.
Setting & Atmosphere
ERIA's waterfront venues in Sausalito, the Marina, and Corte Madera offer different contexts for different retreat goals. A leadership offsite and a private wellness weekend call for different rooms, layouts, and rhythms. We help choose and configure the right space.
Catering & Evening Programming
Every meal is planned around the schedule, not the other way around. Breakfasts set the pace. Working lunches keep momentum. Dinners become the evening's centerpiece. Chef experiences, tastings, and private dining are available for groups that want more.
